Expanding Your Horizons in Science and Mathematics™ (EYH) is a national network that hosts one-day conferences to encourage young women to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers. Through locally-organized programs, EYH provides STEM role models and hands-on activities for middle and high school girls. We motivate girls to become innovative and creative thinkers ready to meet 21st-century challenges. We are excited to bring the fifth Expanding Your Horizons conference to Northern Colorado on April 2, 2023! The conference will be held on the campus of Colorado State University.

At the conference, attendees will hear from a keynote speaker and then will pick from a series of hands-on workshops. Workshops are led by women professionals and address topics as varied as food science, biomedical engineering, and particle physics. The students will have a great time learning about new careers and getting to know female professionals from a wide variety of STEM careers. Workshop leaders have planned exciting activities for the students to carry out, and are eager to get to know them. This is a wonderful opportunity for your students to gain exposure to a variety of STEM fields and to meet great role models.

All girls in grades 6-8 are welcome at the conference, so please help us spread the word! The registration fee will be $15 for the first participant and $10 for all subsequent participants registered together.
